Sean Bryant Marketing, LLC is the legal entity that owns and operates BookedPro and conducts business under the name BookedPro. These Terms govern your access to and use of the BookedPro platform, website at bookedpro.co, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to bind any business entity you represent, and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

Important: By providing your phone number and engaging with Sean Bryant Marketing, LLC DBA BookedPro or any roofing company powered by BookedPro, you consent to receive automated SMS text messages. Please read this section carefully.
Messages from Sean Bryant Marketing, LLC DBA BookedPro: When you enter your phone number on bookedpro.co and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Sean Bryant Marketing, LLC DBA BookedPro, such as demo and appointment reminders and account notifications. A separate, optional checkbox covers marketing and promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Messages from roofing companies using BookedPro: You consent to receive SMS messages from a BookedPro-powered roofing business when you take any of the following actions:

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. You may receive multiple messages per inquiry.
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may opt back in at any time by replying START.
Reply HELP to any SMS message to receive assistance information. You may also contact us at [email protected].
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. BookedPro is not responsible for any charges applied by your carrier. Check your plan details with your carrier.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability depends on your mobile carrier and coverage area.

If you are a roofing business subscribing to BookedPro ("Subscriber"), you agree to:
You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through your BookedPro account and for obtaining proper consent from your contacts.
You may not use our Services to:
Subscriber accounts are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis.
We may modify pricing at any time with at least 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including software, text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Sean Bryant Marketing, LLC DBA BookedPro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
You retain ownership of any content or data you submit through our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use that content solely to provide and improve the Services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOOKEDPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sean Bryant Marketing, LLC DBA BookedPro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with notice where practicable.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active Subscribers by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
